Stock can return in waves from failed carts, so do not assume a drop is over after one miss.
Before retrying, always check for an order number, confirmation email, or card authorization to avoid accidental duplicate orders.

Before the queue

Log into Costco in a separate tab and stay signed in.
Have membership, shipping, and payment details ready.
Open the queue in every browser and device you plan to use before completing the CAPTCHA.
Once you solve the CAPTCHA in one queue, leave the others open and let them progress naturally.

While waiting

Walmart

Queue & checkout

Each product link has its own queue, so open the exact item link from the alert.
Walmart+ may be required for certain preorders, but standard restocks often do not require it.
Walmart can release inventory in waves, even after an item first appears unavailable.
Once you reach the product page, add to cart and head straight to checkout.

Cart errors

If you see “Unable to add to cart,” keep attempting to add to cart until the drop settles.
Handle account login, shipping address, payment method, and phone verification before major drops.
If one device loads slowly, try the same product link in the Walmart app or another browser.
Double-check that the listing is sold and shipped by Walmart, not a marketplace seller.

Queue rules

Products commonly release 10 to 60 minutes after the queue begins.
Mobile pages may refresh on their own, but that does not necessarily mean you lost your spot.
Never manually refresh while in queue, especially repeatedly.
Do not use a VPN, check queue position, or spam clicks.
Click around slowly every minute or two if the page appears stuck.

After the queue

Once you are through, open the direct product link and add to cart immediately.
If an item shows unavailable, try going to Cart and then back to the product page.
Guest checkout can sometimes be smoother than using saved account information.
Enter address and card details manually if autofill is causing errors.
If an address error appears, edit any field, continue, then retry.

Errors & confirmation

Error 15, 17, or 404 can mean your session or network was flagged.
Stop repeatedly retrying the same error and give the site a moment to stabilize.
Confirmation emails can arrive immediately or much later, so check your inbox and order history before trying again.

Target

Best setup

Use both mobile and PC when possible so you have two ways to add to cart and check out.
Stay signed in on both devices before the drop begins.
Keep shipping and payment details verified and ready to go.
Start checkout immediately, since even a few seconds can make a difference on a big restock.

Checkout flow

Use Add to Cart → Cart, not Buy Now.
If you get stuck on “High Demand,” press ESC or back out to Cart and try again.
Keep clicking Place Order manually if the button is accepting attempts.
Avoid autoclickers or scripts, since they can violate retailer rules and put your account at risk.
Do not assume a failed or frozen page means the order did not go through.

After submission

Watch for Target confirmation emails, app notifications, and card alerts.
Check Target order history before trying to place another order.
Keep purchases within stated limits since extra orders or high quantities can be cancelled.

CVV issues

A standard credit card may work more reliably than debit, gift cards, or Target Circle payment options.
Try re-entering the CVV, refreshing after entering it, or removing and re-adding the card before the next drop.
